Why is it that when the seasons change, so do our moods, attitudes and energy levels? Here I am on Sunday night at the end of another long week. I have put off things I wanted to get done, procrastinated to the point of no return and all I want to do is sleep. Being a bear would be nice. Fill up on food and head into a warm cozy hole for a few months.

My kids never seem to get the memo about me being in hibernation mode. It’s the opposite really, they seem to be bursting with energy! Someone once told me that if I was feeling tired that I should go for a run…Am I the only person who thinks that is something a crazy person would say?! I mean I don’t want to shuffle to the kitchen for caffeine much less put on shoes and…and…run…

I suppose I will just try to hibernate for the night and start fresh in the morning! What do you do to stay motivated as the seasons change?
