A Step Towards Health With CafeWell

Cafe Well is an amazing resource and motivator. Mr. M2C and I have made a commitment this year to better health. It would be nice to lose a few pounds or look great in jeans but that isn’t our main goal. We want to be all around healthy and we don’t mind a little friendly competition. Using Cafe Well we can join challenges such as drinking 8 glasses of water a day or taking a certain amount of steps. We’ve joined the challenge online but we let the competition heat up at home.
Cafe Well has also teamed up with HealthAmerica for the Race to the Moon Challenge. You can participate by walking and winning prizes based on the amount you walk. Members of HealthAmerica activate a wireless pedometer which logs their steps for each day. You can compete against coworkers, friends and even your family. Sometimes a little incentive is all you need to take those first few steps.
