Last year we did some kitchen remodeling. By remodeling, I mean we painted, bought an island for my baking and put up new curtains. Not a complete overhaul but it looks a million times better. Now that the holiday’s are over, I am getting the itch to paint again and since I used some excess primer from our bedroom project on one wall in the master bath, I think that room is next.

The bathroom is proving to be difficult for me! I want it to be soft, relaxing and feminine. However, out of respect for Mr. M2C, I’m not sure I want to go “PINK”. The tile and giant tub are white. Those two things we won’t be changing this go around so I want something to bring the brightness down a smidgen.

I found an amazing gray for the walls, in which case I could make the bathroom accents pink…right? My other thought was lavender on the walls and gray on the rugs. These would all bring the white down a bit still keeping the light mood.

My other option is to make it masculine. Let’s face it, Mr. M2C spends the most time in there. Honestly, navy and white are a great combination. But who am I kidding…I want a fluffy, pretty bathroom! I need ideas and I know something will stick out eventually…right?
