I love organization! I could spend hours (and have) in the container store. I like to have things neat and tidy. Having a daily schedule on a color coded sheet sounds like heaven to me. BUT I have kids! That means things are a little hectic. I have to work on the fly and most of the time I am going mach 3 with my hair on fire!
My kids are getting older and the older they get the more stuff they have going on. There is always something else that needs to be scheduled, not to mention grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, vaccinations, appointments…the list goes on and on.
I have bought a million planners but they are always full of pages I don’t need. What is valuable to one mom may not work for another. It would be perfect if I could find a planner that was customizable. Something that would work for my needs. My biggest pet peeve for traditional planners is that they always have 6 sheets for party planning and 2 sheets for generic lists…I would love my social life to be that active but the truth is, I’m off to the grocery store for more milk more than I figure the wine to person ratio for a party.

There are many printable sheets on plannerformoms.com but my absolute favorite is the “To-Do List”. I love it because it has a separate block for each category. For example “School”, “Work”, “Home”, etc…So many times I make one giant list and then run in circles trying to complete it. This way, I can knock everything off my list one section at a time. Oh yeah…it’s pretty too!
